Refund Policy

At Ben Foods, we take care to manufacture and pack our products hygienically and with high quality. Since we deal with **perishable food items, our policies are designed to ensure safety and fairness.

 

1. No Return Policy

Because our products such as idli podi, health mixes, pickles, and other food items** are perishable, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions

a) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

b) Damaged Product Received

If the product is physically damaged or tampered during transit.


➡️ Customers must provide:

* **Unboxing video** (clear and continuous)
* Photos of damaged product
* Proof within 24 hoursof delivery

c) Quality Issue

If there is a genuine quality concern verified by our team.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**.

3. Cancellation Policy

a) Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To cancel, contact us immediately with your order ID.

b) After Shipping

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, as the product is already in transit and perishable.

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases (wrong item or damaged item), we may offer either:

* A replacement product, or
* A full/partial refund, based on the situation

Ben Foods reserves the right to choose the best option.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

* Unboxing video is not provided for damage claims
* Product is opened or used
* Incorrect address provided by customer
* Customer dislikes taste, texture, or spice level
* Delay caused by courier service or uncontrollable situations
