* Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
* Ben Foods is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

* Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
* Refunds are provided only in cases of:
* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged package (with unboxing video as proof)
* Quality issues verified by our team
* Cancellations can be requested before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
