All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

* Within Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: 2–4 business days
* South India: 3–6 business days
  Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and courier service, and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a racking number will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (as applicable). Customers can track the shipment on the respective courier website.

6. Incorrect Address
Ben Foods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Package
If a package is received in a damaged condition, customers must record a video while opening the parcel and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
